Nelson Pilates, Inc. Policies
- All new students are required to attend one private session before beginning any classes at the studio.
- Students will be placed in a level-appropriate class to be decided by the instructor.
- General guidelines for advancement to the next class level are as follows:
- Beginner – 5-10 classes
- Intermediate – 10-15 classes
- Advanced – 15+ classes
- There are no membership fees. All classes are pay-as-you-go, except for Beginner Mat, which is a 6-week progressive course to be paid in advance.
- All students will be required to pre-sign in for all equipment classes, including reformer and tower, in order to reserve your machine. Mat classes do not require pre-sign in.
- Cancellation of an equipment class must be made at least 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for that class.
- When you finish your class or private package, you will not be pre-signed in for future classes or privates until you purchase a new package.
- All unused classes expire 4 months from the date of purchase, except for new client specials. New client specials expire 1 month from the date of purchase.
- Unused classes can only be frozen if we are provided with proper medical documentation before your classes expire.
- All sales are final. We cannot change a previously purchased package into another format.
- All class times, days, and instructors are subject to change.
